geographies. Quantum was retained to conduct market specific research
for their Omaha BTA and develop a comprehensive PCS business plan for
the operation of this market which added in determining a fair price
used for its sale to Leap Wireless. |

Alpha Trust Cellular
Due to previous construction management installation errors, Quantum
Communications Group was appointed as new technical management for a
portion of the Springfield MSA. This management project included
reconfiguring existing, non-conforming equipment, and installing
switch and interconnection equipment. |

Charlotte Cellular was a cellular licensee for the Montana 3 RSA.
Quantum provided this client with management and brokerage services
until it was sold to Pacific Northwest Cellular (now Western Wireless)
for a price that was twice what the client expected. |

This client retained Quantum to build a minimal system, provide daily
maintenance, secure minimal number of subscribers and oversee the
daily operation in the Fargo, ND MSA until such time as it was sold to
Bachtel Cellular. |

Hood River Cellular was a cellular license in the OR 2 RSA that
retained Quantum to conduct market specific research and develop a
comprehensive cellular operations business plan and secure financing.
With the use of Quantum’s business plan and management expertise, the
client was able to sell their small market to Pacific Northwest
Cellular (now Western Wireless) prior to construction. |
